Purpose: Analyzing data to show trends over time, comparing and ranking with bar charts, showing correlations between measures, distribution, or graphical data. Utilizing data trends to monitor and control costs, program effectiveness, and performance.

Process: Utilizing raw data source to create Tableau worksheets that visualize data based on customer needs. 

Tools: Tableau, Excel

Purpose: Conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses to assess and improve program effectiveness. Monitoring the learning progression, identifying gaps and mastery of content. 

Process: Learners are given quizzes at particular checkpoints throughout the unit. The results of these quizzes then were compiled into one data sheet and analyzed to create a report about the effectiveness of the program; the strengths and weaknesses of the learners; as well as establishing appropriate and relevant measures to the program.
